Our job is to leave you free to worship
We started Travnile in 2020 with one idea: that a pilgrim should find someone to carry every detail for them, and be left free for what they came to do.
What 300,000 guests taught us
Since then we have travelled with more than three hundred thousand pilgrims. They taught us that a journey is not measured by the stars above a hotel door. It is measured by arriving at the holy sites on time, by finding someone who explains the rituals before you have to ask, and by knowing where you will sleep, how you will travel and what it costs — before you leave home.
Three things we do not negotiate
We state the whole price before you book, with nothing appearing later. Every group travels with a field supervisor and a religious guide, and a medical supervisor for those who need one. And our phone stays open before the journey, during it, and after you are home — not only during.
There is still more to do
We operate under official licence TRV / 2020 / 001, and after every season we sit down with one question: what could have been easier? Most of what we have changed came from a pilgrim’s remark rather than a meeting. So if you have something to tell us, we read it.
